Gravel Reconditioning

Simlawn Excavation can recondition your gravel driveways and parking areas. Below you will see photos of a residential parking area that had gone unmaintained for a number of years. We came in and removed the top layer of sod and the old railroad ties. Hauled away all the debris and brought in 20 tons of 57 limestone.

These types of parking areas area great for heavy trailers or campers because the gravel is often times more forgiving than blacktop when it comes to low spots created from tires parked in the same place for long periods of time. Some customers have even hired us to develop this type of space to set their prefabbed sheds on.
