Do you require a service contract?
SimLawn does not require a service contract for our residential customers. However, we can provide you with one if you prefer.

How long does it take for the weeds to die?
Depending on the time of the year, weeds will show signs of dying within 10 -14 days of treatment. During cold weather or when temperatures exceed 90 degrees, it will take slightly longer.
Do I need to be home while you are working on my property?
You do not need to be present for any of our services. As long as the driveway is not blocked or parked on for seal coating and the lawn is free of large objects for mowing, we can work while you are away.
How long does sealer take to dry?
We recommend a full 24 hours until you can park cars on the driveway but in most cases, you can walk across the asphalt in 5-6 hours.
How often should I seal coat my driveway?
A lot of customers have their driveway sealed annually. We suggest that you have it done at least once every two years to maintain the surface quality throughout the life of your driveway.
